Mission
The mission of the Ministry Services Department is to serve
the congregation, staff and Pastor in a responsive manner. To
create partnerships between ministries and staff that fulfills
the overall mission of the Pastor, Executive Minister and Church.
Services
Ministry Services assists ministries in planning and executing large
events. The office of Ministry Services maintains the schedules for all
Trinity events held in the 400 Building, Trinity Village Center as well
as those held off-site. Ministry Services assists ministries with preparing
budgets, forecasts and projections for conferences, seminars as well
as church wide activities sponsored by ministry partners. Additionally,
the office provides tours of Trinity and has developed a Tour and Information
Guide that gives visitors a walking tour of the Trinity facility.
Ministry Financial Reporting: All treasurers and/or financial secretaries of ministries are required to submit final financial reports to the members of their ministry and to the Church for the year 2004. You can download file "2004 Monthly Financial Report.xls". We encourage you to use the Excel spreadsheet files this year documenting your financial records for 2005. This file can be downloaded. The file is called "2005 Monthly Financial Report and 2006 Budget Request.xls" and can be used by ALL ministries. If you have questions regarding your ministries financial reports please contact

The Program Activity Request Form: This
form should be submitted by any TUCC ministry for approval
of any
new programs, or activities
whether they are internal or external. Any activity associated
with the church must have prior approval of the Executive Council.
Calendar Request Form: This form should be completed so that
space can be reserved for ministry meetings. The form should
be submitted 72 hours prior to scheduling call meetings.
Production Work Form: After you have completed an Activity
Request and received approval from the Administrative Committee,
you may submit a form for
any special needs of the event. This form should be completed
if your event
requires a program, flyer, bookmark, or for electronic needs
such as
microphones, videotaping, PowerPoint machine, etc. Please
complete the
Production Work Request. This form will be submitted directly
to the
Productions Department.
Publications Work Request Form: The completed form will be sent directly to the Publications
department. Once your document has been completed, a member
of our graphics team will notify you
to come in for approval of the document. It will then be forwarded to our
Reprographics department for copying. All requests are completed on a first
come first serve basis.
